HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Usually, orders placed Tuesday through Friday are prepared the same day at the store and also shipped the same day or the next day. If the order was made on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, it will be prepared and shipped on Tuesday.
You will receive an email once your order has been processed and ready to ship.
HOW CAN I USE MY PROMOTIONAL CODE?
The promotional code must be indicated when validating your order, in the “promo code” rectangle. If it does not work, we invite you to check its validity period and conditions.
Promotional codes cannot be combined.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE ?
You can pay for your order online by credit card or Paypal.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE GIFT WRAPPING?
Yes of course, you can request gift wrapping for an item or for your entire order by leaving a comment when validating it. “Comment” section.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL SHOP?
Our concept store made in France & Europe La Cabane d'Antoine is located a 4-minute walk from the Lomme-Lambersart metro station (Line 2), at 69 rue de l'Abbé Desplanques in Lambersart (59130).
We welcome you from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP MY ORDER FOR FREE FROM THE SHUT?
In fact, you can pick up your order for free in our store. To do this, simply select "Collect" when confirming your delivery method.
